^ Nickie on a visit to the Barbican with local people, Councillors and officers from the Corporation of London to experience first-hand the level of tube noise they face.
Nickie Aiken, MP for the Cities of London & Westminster, visited the Barbican, along with local Councillors and officers from the Corporation of London, to experience first-hand the excessive tube noise and vibrations those living in Brandon Mews are living with.
Nickie was truly shocked by what she found. Nickie believes it to be completely unacceptable for Transport for London to have come up with no solution in almost six years.
Following her visit, Nickie wrote to the Deputy Mayor for Transport to urge action and dialogue with people in the Barbican.
However, Nickie knows that many of you are also affected by tube noise, and she want to hear from you. Nickie wants to tell the Mayor enough is enough, and for him to get around the table with Transport for London to end this plight on local people. Let her know below if you're experiencing tube noise, and the effect it is having on you.
