Two Cities MP, Nickie Aiken, had a fantastic experience at the Royal Opera House, where she was able to stand on stage at this iconic venue and meet the team behind the magic.
On a behind-the-scenes tour of the Opera House with Chief Executive Officer Alex Beard and Learning and Participation General Manager Alex Hemsby, Nickie saw the props area and also met the designers who turn a director’s imagination into a reality.
Nickie was so impressed to hear about all of the community work they are doing, including through partnerships with schools, and of their ongoing efforts to provide apprenticeship opportunities.
