Nickie Aiken, Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, joined Lorraine Kelly, Dr Hilary Jones MBE, and Helen Addis at the Change And Check campaign event in Parliament.
After Helen's own breast cancer diagnosis a few years ago, she launched the campaign and is on a mission to raise awareness of checking regularly for the signs and symptoms of breast cancer.

To celebrate the fifth year of the campaign, a number of women who found their breast cancer after seeing the campaign have come together to form a choir. They launched their single 'Golden' last week and it's available on music platforms now.
