MP for the Cities of London & Westminster, Nickie Aiken, stood up for local people and businesses disrupted by the ongoing Extinction Rebellion protests in the Two Cities during a news segment on ITV News London.

Nickie said,

"Nobody is in denial that we have a climate crisis and we've all got to work together to tackle climate change. But to bring central London to a standstill, to disrupt local people's lives, to stop local businesses being able to recover after Covid, you know, it's unacceptable."
