One of Nickie's favourite parts as MP for the Two Cities is getting out and about meeting with local people, amenity societies and residents’ associations to hear your views.
So Nickie was delighted to be joined by St James’s councillor, Louise Hyams, on a local walkabout with Queen Anne’s Gate Residents' Association (QAGRA), which represents Queen Anne's Gate, Old Queen Street, Dartmouth Street, Carteret Street and Lewisham Street.
QAGRA is a close group of residents and business representatives, who work hard to keep this part of Westminster special.
On their walkabout, they discussed several issues affecting local people living in this part of St James’s, from the implications of new developments being built on their streets to concerns about sewage flooding risks and road safety.
