Member of Parliament for the Cities of London and Westminster, Nickie Aiken, was delighted to receive letters from the Year Three class at St Barnabas' CofE Primary School and learn more about how they are developing their formal writing skills.
Even though fewer people are sending letters following the pandemic, it is still really important for children to learn these vital skills. Nickie was pleased to hear how they wanted to make the Two Cities an even better place to live and will bring their ideas to Government and local Councillors.
With the end of the school term, Nickie also adds her thanks to all staff in our schools across the Two Cities for their work this year. She hopes they all have a restful summer break.
Nickie said,
"Thank you to Miss Gamble, Miss Lawson and the Year Three class at St Barnabas' CofE Primary School."
