Two Cities MP, Nickie Aiken, held a meeting with local people living in Russell House to hear more about their concerns about major works in their building.
Joined by the excellent councillors for Pimlico North, Jim Glen, Ed Pitt Ford, and Jacqui Wilkinson, they heard from a number of residents and leaseholders.
Westminster City Council has again delayed the major works and leaseholders in the building are facing ballooning costs as a result. Not only that, but the heating system, the Pimlico District Heating Unit (PDHU), is due to be replaced, and that could add even further costs.
Nickie is working with local people and the Pimlico North councillors to push for answers from the council and will hold the council to account.
