Nickie Aiken, Member of Parliament for the Cities of London & Westminster, visited the Mayfair Chippy last week to discuss how the government’s Eat Out to Help Out Scheme had helped them throughout August.
On the scheme Nickie said, “Several local businesses have told me that Eat Out To Help Out made a real difference. It's great that some businesses, including The Mayfair Chippy supported by their landlords, are continuing the scheme into September.
“849,000 diners benefited from the official scheme across the Two Cities in August. Hopefully many more will benefit from unofficial schemes in September.”
