MP for the Two Cities, Nickie Aiken, had a fantatsic meeting with local people in the Ward of Portsoken, City of London along with Cllr John Fletcher.
Nickie was delighted to meet with local people and hear their thoughts and ideas to make the area an even better place to live.
Concerns were raised over the increasing use of e-scooters, particularly privately owned e-scooters which remain illegal, and the impact of the pandemic on their high street. Commuters and international visitors are staying at home, and Nickie listened to what this meant to people living in the City of London. Nickie will be raising their ideas with Government Ministers.
