Member of Parliament for the Cities of London and Westminster, Nickie Aiken, wishes everyone the very best on GCSE results day.
No matter what happens, a pathway is available and the Department for Education and National Careers Service have some fantastic advice available here.
Celebrating, Nickie said,
"It's GCSE Results Day. Congratulations to all of you for working so hard over the last two years. If you've got the grades you were hoping for, and know what you're doing, great, congratulations. If you don't, don't despair. There are plenty of opportunities, whether it's A-levels, T levels, apprenticeships, further education, or BTECs. There's so much there on offer for you.
"So please, speak to your teachers or look at the links below my video. And again, congratulations to all of you and to all the parents and the teachers who have supported you over the last two years."
